Clarity, Structure, and Support for Families Navigating Tough Seasons

Families don’t need more noise — they need clarity, direction, and someone who can help them make sense of what’s happening. Clarity Family Coaching was built to give parents, youth, and caregivers a grounded space to reset, understand the patterns, and move forward with confidence.

For over 15 years, I’ve supported young people and families through academic pressure, conflict at home, behavioural challenges, and major life transitions. My work blends school‑based experience, mediation training, and relational coaching to create practical, steady support that actually works.

My Background

I’ve spent my career helping youth and families navigate real‑world challenges — the kind that don’t fit neatly into a textbook or a single strategy. My professional foundation includes:

  • OCT‑certified Guidance Counsellor

  • OAMHP member

  • Family mediation training (OAFM‑aligned)

  • Leadership roles in studen at support and school programming

  • Experience with diverse families, complex dynamics, and high‑pressure environments

This combination allows me to support families from both the emotional and structural sides of conflict.

My Approach

Families don’t need judgment — they need clarity.

I use a calm, structured, solution‑focused approach that helps clients:

  • Understand patterns

  • Improve communication

  • Reduce conflict

  • Build stronger relationships

  • Develop practical routines and strategies

Every session is confidential, supportive, and tailored to your goals.

Why I Started Clarity Family Coaching

After years of supporting students and families in the school system, I saw the same thing over and over:

Parents were overwhelmed. Kids were stressed. Families were trying their best but didn’t have the tools.

I created Clarity Family Coaching to give families a place where they can get clear guidance, practical support, and a path forward — without long waitlists or complicated systems.

My Training

  • Guidance Counsellor (Peel District School Board)

  • Family conflict support & youth guidance specialist - OAMHP

  • Mediation training - OAFM

  • Mental health & communication workshops (STPDL and PD funded)

  • Coaching, behaviour support, and family systems experience

This blend of experience allows me to support families with both empathy and structure.

What you can expect:

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • A calm, grounded space

  • Clear steps and strategies

  • Honest conversations

  • Practical tools you can use immediately

  • Support that adapts to your family’s needs

My goal is simple: Help you move from stress and confusion to clarity and confidence.
