Burned out or emotionally exhausted
Feeling unsafe or unsupported at work
Navigating conflict with admin, colleagues, or parents
Unsure how to document incidents properly
Considering a leave, transfer, or role change
Questioning whether to stay in education
Struggling with work–life boundaries
Feeling guilt, shame, or pressure to “push through”
What we work on:
Clarifying what’s actually happening (beyond the noise)
Understanding your rights, options, and pathways
Conflict navigation strategies
Communication scripts for difficult conversations
Documentation coaching (what to record, how, and why)
Return‑to‑work or exit planning
Career pathway mapping (inside or outside education)
Emotional regulation + burnout recovery strategies
